Olivia Wann founded Modern Practice Solutions, LLC in 2000 and expanded her professional offerings by establishing The Law Office of Olivia Wann & Associates, PLLC, in 2012.
As an attorney, Olivia emphasizes client education, breaking down complex legal issues to empower her clients in making informed decisions. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and civil representation, and she is an active member of the Wealth Counsel, ensuring she remains at the forefront of estate planning and trust law.
Academically accomplished, Olivia graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph’s College of Maine. She earned her Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Nashville School of Law.

Andrea Craig
A Compassionate Advocate with Expertise in Labor Law and Estate Planning
Andrea Taylor Craig graduated from the University of Evansville and received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, receiving the CALI Award for Future Excellence in Labor Law. In 2004, Andrea was admitted to the Tennessee Bar. She worked twelve years at the Tennessee Department of Labor, specializing in Workers’ Compensation law. Her experience assisting individuals at stressful times gives her insight and compassion to clients as they seek help with estate planning and other civil matters. Andrea is active in Stewart County Friends of the Library and serves her third term as President.
She is a member of Tennessee and Montgomery County Bar Associations. Andrea, her husband Bruce, and their dog Scout reside in Dover, Tennessee. They enjoy kayaking, fishing, and gardening.

Everette Parrish
Experienced Attorney and Dedicated Community Leader
Everette Parrish is currently President & Board Chair of Gateway Utility Company, Inc. in Franklin, Tennessee. After 25 years as a small-business owner and government contractor, his law degree and license from the Nashville School of Law in 2007 has enabled him to help counsel and advise individuals, families, and businesses throughout Tennessee from Memphis to Mountain City. His focused interests in law include often sensitive and personal areas such as criminal defense, contract negotiations, construction law, corporate formations, and the collection and protection of assets.
He is licensed to practice law in all Tennessee courts and the United States Federal Middle District Courts of Tennessee.
Everette and his wife have been Tennessee residents since 1989. He is an accomplished classical guitarist and a less-accomplished but avid weekend kitchen remodeler.

Matthew Alvarez
Matthew Alvarez has many years of experience as a paralegal working previously at a busy law firm specializing in construction law and real estate with an emphasis on compliance, claims, and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with attorneys, colleagues, and clients.
He obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Illinois State University and a paralegal certification from an ABA-accredited college. Matthew manages the billing at our firm and ensures the cases are moving along with their timelines.
Matthew is from a small town in northeast Illinois and moved to Stewart County in 2021. He likes to focus on work while prioritizing relationships with friends and family. He enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, going to the lake, and watching football and NASCAR.

Christie Dunn
Christie is a highly experienced paralegal, having worked in busy law firms in Tennessee and Kentucky in the areas of family law, estate planning, litigation, and insurance defense. She obtained her paralegal certification from TN State University.
At our firm, Christie works closely with our clients in civil matters.
Christie is a native of Stewart County, born and raised! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising her creativity by making jewelry and working on renovation projects.

Kevin Wann
Kevin served many years in the automotive industry, holding engineering, project management, and corporate management positions. He handles accounts payable for both the law practice and Modern Practice Solutions. In his spare time, Kevin likes to be with his wife, Olivia, and their fur babies and spend time near the lake.
